General Clinic & Booking

Yes, absolutely. Patient confidentiality is protected strictly by medical ethics. No details of your consultation, medical records, or diagnostic scans will be shared with any third party, spouse, or relative without your explicit written approval.

If you have had previous ultrasounds, blood work, or surgical reports done in the last 6 months, please carry them. It helps Dr. Sejal understand your medical timeline better. However, if you do not have them, we can easily order fresh diagnostics as needed.

PMOS & Hormone Care

While PMOS is a genetic/endocrine predisposition and doesn't have a 1-time surgical "cure", it is highly manageable. Through targeted nutritional adaptations, metabolic support, and customized lifestyle adjustments, we can eliminate symptoms, regulate cycles, and restore metabolic health completely.

No, not at all. While PMOS can cause ovulatory delays (making it harder to predict fertile windows), the vast majority of women with PMOS conceive successfully, often with simple ovulation monitoring and lifestyle modifications.

Pregnancy & Normal Delivery

Yes. Dr. Sejal Kulkarni is a strong advocate for natural, normal vaginal deliveries. We prepare you throughout your third trimester with labor breathing techniques, perineal massages, and pelvic floor exercises to support normal birth pathways. Cesarean sections are only recommended when clinical safety indicators require it.

A pregnancy is classified as high-risk if there are pre-existing conditions like severe hypertension, gestational diabetes, thyroid imbalances, twin gestation, or previous pre-term labor. These require closer monitoring scans and specialized care protocols, all of which are managed routinely at our clinics.
